FAT FROGS BIKE AND FITNESS VIRGINIA BEACH Come join us for a Frog to Frog Memorial Day ride starting from the Va. Bch store 7:30am Monday, May 31st. 60 miles total.

2 pace groups B pace 19 mph & A pace 22 mph

I'm riding from FF Chesapeake @ 0730...21 mile loop....then wait for FFVB Frog to Frog....@ 0915/0930 we will be heading back with the FFVB ride.....total mileage for me will be 85 miles.....Frog to Frog is 64....our loop is 21.....should finish around 1230 or 1 pm.....

Memorial Ride for Tim Schock
The Inaugural Memorial Ride for Officer Tim Schock will be this Saturday at 8am.  Day of Registration will start at 7am.  Normal 21 mile loop & paces PLUS two cruising paces for 10 miles for non-cyclists & family members.  This ride is open to everyone.  Coffee & snacks will be provided by Starbucks & Fat Frogs
