Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe 2 Years, 8 Months ago  
I had several requests for the Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe. Here it is:

1 pack boneless chicken breast
8 oz Texas Pete hot sauce
8 oz ranch dressing
8 oz cheddar cheese
8 oz cream cheese

Grill chicken. I like to season with smoke flavor, sea salt and white pepper. After chicken is cooked and has cooled, dice it.

Mix the rest of the ingredients with chicken in an oven safe dish. Bake for 30 min at 300 deg. Serve with corn chip scoops.

Memorial Ride for Tim Schock
The Inaugural Memorial Ride for Officer Tim Schock will be this Saturday at 8am.  Day of Registration will start at 7am.  Normal 21 mile loop & paces PLUS two cruising paces for 10 miles for non-cyclists & family members.  This ride is open to everyone.  Coffee & snacks will be provided by Starbucks & Fat Frogs
