All,

We are in the beginning stages of planning this event, and wanted to run some dates through the group to see what works best for everyone. We are thinking about a Sunday in December either the 7th or the 14th. Let us know what you think.

What I lack in bike-handling skills I try to make up for in the kitchen! Tim and I would certainly attend that event, and I would offer up my best chili for scrutiny...goes well with beer and cornbread.

Looks like we have settled on the 7th of December at 5:00 pm. We are also looking for a 3rd judge to help determine the best chilli in all the land. Please post resumes on this thread =). Let us know if you want to bring anything else (beer and other less important things).

The Chili Cook-off will be in conjunction with our annual Christmas (Holiday) party. Those who aren't participating in the Chili cooking are welcome to bring in a dish to share. We will be providing the beverages & entertainment!
