July 4th Frog to Frog ride is on ! Come join us Sunday, July 4th @ 7:30 am for a ride celebrating Independence Day. The ride will start from the Va Bch store and we will regroup at the Ches. store before heading back the same route. +- 62 miles total with 2 pace groups A (21-23mph) & B (17-19 mph)

Memorial Ride for Tim Schock
The Inaugural Memorial Ride for Officer Tim Schock will be this Saturday at 8am.  Day of Registration will start at 7am.  Normal 21 mile loop & paces PLUS two cruising paces for 10 miles for non-cyclists & family members.  This ride is open to everyone.  Coffee & snacks will be provided by Starbucks & Fat Frogs
