This a feeler to see how many people out there would be interested in yoga at the shop. It would be a paid service & we would hire a certified yoga instructor. Practicing yoga has been growing tremendously for cyclist & triathletes, building strength & endurance as well as flexibility.

Walt,
Great idea. Consider me in. I would absolutely pay for this service and having it at the shop is a great idea.
By the way thanks for always looking for helpful avenues for us to improve our cycling and bodies. This is just one of the many reasons I do not and will not shop at any other shop. You are more than just a bike sales shop you are truly an example for everyone else to follow and for that I am thankful!

I am interested - but it depends on the schedule and pricing. I probably will have several travel days in the coming months, so buying in for 10 classes... or something like that would work out best for me.

It is a good idea, but I can not suck up as much as Donna did. I just can't do it.

OK, so to borrow an analogy from the motor cycle world; the Harely-Davidson Owners Group - HOG.... maybe I could call Donna a FOG; Fat-Frogs Owners Group (expect of course we are not owners - but that is a detail. But, stay with me; because she is an F (female) FOG.

So when I see Donna at Yoga class, all the men in tights can call her an F FOG. Then we can high five.

Oh yeah.

That is so sweet Dave.
You know you cant own a Harley without accessories. Stay with me here now...If you were (notice I said were) to own a Harley it would probably be what they call a Fatboy. When you ride your Fatboy you would have saddle bags.
Well now skip to when we are in Yoga class and you guys are doing your high five...somehow it may just may remind me of you on your fatboy with your saddlebags!

Memorial Ride for Tim Schock
The Inaugural Memorial Ride for Officer Tim Schock will be this Saturday at 8am.  Day of Registration will start at 7am.  Normal 21 mile loop & paces PLUS two cruising paces for 10 miles for non-cyclists & family members.  This ride is open to everyone.  Coffee & snacks will be provided by Starbucks & Fat Frogs
