Unfortunately I will be out of town, and will not be back in time to race in the Chesapeake Crit.
Good luck to all of those who race, see ya when I get back!!

Thought some may enjoy it....saw a few frogs in the video...hard to make out who they were...mostly just green and white blurs....nice little cameo from Noni though!!

Memorial Ride for Tim Schock
The Inaugural Memorial Ride for Officer Tim Schock will be this Saturday at 8am.  Day of Registration will start at 7am.  Normal 21 mile loop & paces PLUS two cruising paces for 10 miles for non-cyclists & family members.  This ride is open to everyone.  Coffee & snacks will be provided by Starbucks & Fat Frogs
