To all interested in helping set-up and tear down for the cross race. I need at least 5 people Saturday and Sunday morning to help with course set up. And at least 10 to help with course clean up. I will be leaving the Chesapeake store at 7 am both days. Tear down should take less than 2 hours with enough help. Please let me know if you can make it.

Thanks to all the frogs that came out in the cold and cheered on the Frogs on the Farm race. And thanks to everyone that put on some fat tires and fought with the mud with our CX team. I'm already looking forward to how much better and bigger the race is going to be next year.
