Open Water Swim tomorrow 2 Years, 5 Months ago  
I know there are a few of you that have tri's coming up.

I am leaving Greenbrier to go to either Lake James or at lake near va beach shop at 5:10pm tomorrow. Call if you would like to join.

Memorial Ride for Tim Schock
The Inaugural Memorial Ride for Officer Tim Schock will be this Saturday at 8am.  Day of Registration will start at 7am.  Normal 21 mile loop & paces PLUS two cruising paces for 10 miles for non-cyclists & family members.  This ride is open to everyone.  Coffee & snacks will be provided by Starbucks & Fat Frogs
