We are closing at 1:30 today, mainly for safe commuting reasons. Due to this retarded weather, we will not be able to staff tonight's spin class. Sorry! I know many of you want to get out of the house. See you spinners next Tuesday!

Memorial Ride for Tim Schock
The Inaugural Memorial Ride for Officer Tim Schock will be this Saturday at 8am.  Day of Registration will start at 7am.  Normal 21 mile loop & paces PLUS two cruising paces for 10 miles for non-cyclists & family members.  This ride is open to everyone.  Coffee & snacks will be provided by Starbucks & Fat Frogs
