To all interested,
We have 8 to 10 riders interested in going to Smithfield Sunday.
We're planning on leaving FFC @ 330. It takes 45 minutes to get out there. We want to be in the saddle by 445.

Route: We're going to do the 27 mile team time trial course. We will probably have two paces. We will have few cue sheets printed up as well.

This will be great training for the Jeff Cup. Also, the Smithfield Crit is April 3rd. We plan on warming up and cooling down on the crit loop.

There is a great Mom and Pop diner close by, so if you do not have to rush back to VB or Chesapeake, please feel free to join us for a much deserved grubfest.

It should be a good time. We can work out transportation. There is no reason for us to
not utilize all vehicles going out.

The weather looks good so far.

This is a tough ride. You'll want two bottles and
some supplements.
