All of our bicycles come with FREE lifetime adjustments valued at $30-50 per visit.  Free professional fitting is included with all road bike purchases.

Warranty Policy

Bicycles

Fat Frogs honors all manufacturer's warranties.  These warranties do not apply to normal wear & tear, abuse, accidents or your spouse trashing your bike because you spend more time on it than with them.

Warranty decisions on these items are many times a judgement call on our part, but we will always give you a generous benefit of the doubt.

Return Policy

Bicycles

Bicycles returned to Fat Frogs will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.  We reserve the right to make the return based on the condition of the bicycle.

Equipment, parts, accessories & apparel

Any of these items may be returned* for a full refund within 30 days with a receipt.  Returns beyond 30 days will be issued store credit for the value of the item.

*Not to include any items damaged in use under normal conditions, ie modified parts or items involved in a crash.
