We will be hosting rides on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays in beautiful rural Chesapeake.  Helmets are required for all riders.  Our rides are generally for roadbikes, but if you can maintain the pace on your hybrid or mountain bike, you're welcome to join!

All riders are expected to follow proper ride etiquette.

NO iPods or any mp3 players allowed on rides! 

Computers (speedometers) are required for safe paceline riding.

Rides are weather permitting.  We do not host rides in any of the following:

• Rain
• Snow
• Temperatures Below 30 degrees
• Lightning Storms
• Tornadoes
• Hurricanes
• Tsunamis
• Apocalyptic Conditions
• Key College or Pro Games

 All rides leave promptly at 7:30 am. 

  **Depending on participation, we may occasionally group similar paces together

Ride Paces will be: 

A+ Pace : 23+ mph 

A Pace: 21-22 mph (strict 22 max)

B+ Pace: 19-20 mph (strict 20 max)

B Pace: 17-18 mph (strict 18 max)

C Pace: 14-16 mph -- no one will be dropped
