Tune-ups are critical in maintaining your bicycle's proper functionality as well as increasing it's longevity.  We suggest a proper tune-up at least once a year, twice for avid riders.  We offer several levels of tune-up, depending on your bike's needs.

Bike Fitting

The quality of your cycling experience is established by a proper fit.  It's not just for racers. Your bike must fit properly in order for you to be comfortable, perform well and prevent injuries. Set up properly, every cyclist will have a more enjoyable experience!

Cleat Wedge Fits

We recommend a cleat alignment with all fits.  Proper Wedge installation with the cleat can correct the alignment of the foot & knee, improving knee movement, rotation, foot pain or other symptoms.
